The ChapterPRO Subscribe to Calendar is updated every hour at 15 minutes after the hour. At that time any new or modified events are either added, deleted, or updated. The next time your calendar client checks with the ChapterPRO server any changes are updated.
The update frequency is set in the calendar client – Apple Calendar, Google Calendar,
Outlook, Outlook.com, Yahoo.
The frequency of this
request/sync depends upon the calendar client:
- Apple updates upon app / program startup & every 1-3 hours, unless set manually for other times at subscribe to calendar install, see below
- Google normally updates every 12-18 hours, sometimes up to 24 hours
- Outlook updates upon app / program startup & every 1-3 hours
- Outlook.com updates every 3 hours
- Yahoo updates automatically every 8-12 hours, unless set to Manually at subscribe to calendar install

Apple updates upon app / program startup & every 1-3 hours, unless set manually for other times at subscribe to calendar install. This is set during the Subscribe to Calendar install. Auto-refresh options:
Outlook and Outlook.com Calendar on Desktop
Outlook updates upon app / program startup & every 1-3 hours. Outlook.com updates every 3 hours.

Google Calendar on Desktop or Mobile
Google normally updates every 12-18 hours, sometimes up to 24 hours. It does not support setting a Frequency on desktop or mobile.
Yahoo Calendar on Desktop and Mobile
Yahoo updates automatically every 8-12 hours. You can set the update for Yahoo Calendar during the Subscribe to Calendar install to: Automatically or Manually.
