Subscribe to calendar DOES NOT REGISTER YOU FOR EVENTS. You must RSVP to events as usual.


1. Go to website > enter user name and password > click sign in

2. Click SUBSCRIBE TO CALENDAR > click Outlook.com.

3. Follow Outlook.com directions to Sign in

4. Once signed in, Calendar will launch. Pop up for Calendar Subscription > click Save.




5. The Subscribed Calendar is added to Outlook.com Calendar.

TIP: click event title to view event details, calendar is Added to Other Calendars, and events display on calendar. 




NOTE: TBD dates are not included in the Subscribe to Calendar. As soon as the date is set by the Administrator, the Member's calendar will be updated.

NOTE: "Microsoft Outlook doesn't provide a menu option that will merge or combine calendars." We do not advise exporting and importing this subscribed calendar as it results in events no longer syncing with the subscribed event calendar (will not get updates to events).
